PRODUCT RETURNS

Si 30 días han pasado desde Tu compra, no podemos ofrecer un reembolso o cambio.

To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must not be worn and intact as received. They should also be in their original package.

Products where return doesn’t apply:

  • Tarjetas de regalo
  • Productos personalizados

Para completar tu devolución, requerimos un recibo o prueba de compra(soporte de pago)
Por favor no NOS envíes tu compra de retorno, sin verificar con nosotros si es aplicable la devolución.

Hay algunas situaciones donde solo se pueden garantizar reembolsos parciales: (de ser aplicable)

  • Cualquier ítem que no se encuentre en su condición original, que esté dañado o le falten partes por razones ajenas a nosotros.
  • Cualquier ítem que sea devuelto más de 30 días después del envío.
  • Productos personalizados


Refunds (if applicable)

Once the product has been received and looked at, we will send an email to notify you we have received the product. We will also notify you if the return has been approved or not.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. This can take up to 30 calendar days depending on your banking institution and card franchise.

Si quieres devolver tu producto por cualquier motivo ajeno a nosotros, una vez sea aceptada la devolución se realizará un reembolso sólo del 50% de la compra, ya que esto producto ha sido personalizado especialmente para ti.

Late or misplaced refunds
If you have not received your refund, we ask you to please check your bank account once again.
Please, contact your card franchise company as sometimes they can see it in the system yet it takes a few more days for it to show officially on your statement.
Next step, please contact your banking institution. It usually takes some days before a refund is fully refunded.
If you have followed all of these steps but you have not received the refund yet, please contact us at servicioalcliente@myflorashoes.co and tell us what’s happening.

Products on sale
Solo los artículos a precio regular serán reembolsados, desafortunadamente los productos en oferta no pueden ser devueltos.

Quality
Solo reemplazamos artículos que estén defectuosos o dañados. Si necesitas cambiarlo por el mismo artículo, envíanos un correo electrónico a servicioalcliente@myflorashoes.co, analizaremos el caso.

Shipment
For returns, please use the following address Diag 13 bis Sur N 24c 26, Bogotá, CUN, 111511, Colombia, South America.
You are responsible for paying the shipment to return the product. This is not refundable. If you did not pay for it and are expecting a refund, the amount of the shipment will be deducted from your refund.
